How much are homes selling for in Vancouver? An infographic of the summary of transactions.
Fresh off the success of our inaugural edition of our monthly homes sold in Vancouver, the team here at Zoocasa has compiled the numbers for February. Home sales and listings for the month of February continue to follow historical averages. For the Metro Vancouver area, 2,530 sales were made compared to the 1,797 of the same time last year. New listings for the month were at 4,700 which is a small decline compared to the 4,833 of the same time last year. The average price for all residential properties is at $609K which is slightly higher compared to the same time last year at $590K.
