We’re upping the ante from our monthly review and are presenting you mid-month homes sold in the GTA! Check out sales and average price numbers for the first half of February.
The first half of February has seen a slight increase of average home prices across the 416 and 905 areas to $594K and $519 respectively. In terms of new listings, both areas experienced a small dip compared to the same time last year. The number of sales has experienced a slight increase for the 905 area to 1729 and a slight decrease in the 416 area to 1038 compared to last February. Check out the breakdown by home type below.
