The Greater Toronto Area (GTA) offers residents the chance to have a large house and backyard while being close to the city’s heart. The GTA includes Toronto and the local governments of Halton, Peel, York, and Durham, Canada’s most populous metropolitan area.

The Toronto region’s average house price reached $1,051,216 as of December. We’ve produced a list of inexpensive homes in the Greater Toronto Area that are on the market now and priced under $649,900.

To inform their particular judgments, prospective purchasers should conduct more investigation and pricing analysis for the houses and neighbourhoods that fit their financial situation and lifestyle requirements. The information is not meant to solicit vendors or buyers already working with a brokerage.
