Your favourite celebs are seeking a fresh start this week, and moving some truly impressive real estate to do it – from Orlando Bloom’s post-Katy Perry pad to Sting’s change of Manhattan scenery, here are the luxurious star-studded homes exchanging hands this week.

Sting’s Central Park-Facing Penthouse

(4 bed, 5,417 sq. ft., US$56 million)

FOR SALE: British rock legend Sting and wife actress Trudie Styler, are moving up from one NYC penthouse to another. Of course, we use that term rather loosely, as it’s hard to top this truly spectacular, two-storey unit which boasts 10-foot ceilings, 360-degree Manhattan and Central Park views, and a roomy flagstone terrace in one of the city’s most coveted condos. Every detail screams luxury, from the rich wood-paneled office, all-white kitchen, and statement spiral staircase. You’ll need Fields of Gold to swing this purchase, though, at a whopping list price of $56 million.
