Matthew Perry

(4 bed, 5 + 3.5 baths, 9,318 sq. ft., US$20 million)

BOUGHT: Friends star Matthew Perry recently bought a US$20-million condominium in Century City, CA.  This time there was no test for the apartment, instead MISS Chanadler Bong managed to knock off nearly a third of the original price for this gorgeous four-bed, five-full-and three-and-a half bathroom crib.  With no ducks or roosters in sight, the 9,318-square-foot has a living room with two fireplaces, an expansive kitchen and a dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows.  The best part?  This penthouse takes up the whole building floor so there won’t be any ‘OH MY GOD!’ surprises from Chandler’s ex girlfriend, Janice Litman.

The Weeknd

(9 bed, 11 bath, 13,000 sq. ft., US$18 million)

BOUGHT: Cheers to the Weeknd! This Starboy must have Felt It Coming when he secured this US$18-million mansion in Hidden Hills, LA.  The 13,000-square-foot mansion has nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms and a separate guest house in the back.  The mansion is equipped with a home theatre, wine cellar, a gym and a music lounge (for when he’s in The Zone).  It’s not a celeb home without a pool and covered patio outside, but he’s definitely Earned It.  Abel seems to be very Acquainted with the neighbourhood as he ditched the idea of keeping a gate and introduced a spin of his own – shrubs. Yep, he’s had 100 giant shrubs planted to keep his Secrets from public view.

Tupac Shakur

(6 bed, 5 bath, 6,000 sq. ft., US$2.65 million)

FOR SALE: The late Mr. Shakur’s last home, where he lived before his murder in 1996, is on the market for $2.65 million.  Located in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles, the 6,000-square-foot, six-bed, five-bath home has been pumped with US$1million to revamp the place.  There is a massive driveway leading to the house which can hold up to 15 cars and the back garden is no less impressive with a pool, spa and wood burning fireplace combined with a covered patio with a kitchen and bar.  Tupac’s words live on even through his property; in the concrete outside, Shakur carved “Let no man separate what we create” which has still been preserved.  The mansion also includes a variety of video games and slot machines Tupac installed to keep his family occupied whenever they came to visit.

Chumlee

(5 bed, 6 bath, 6,206 sq. ft., US$1,85 million)

FOR SALE: Pawn Stars cast member, Chumlee (also known as Austin Lee Russell), is selling his ultimate bachelor pad in Vegas.  There’s no pawning this place as the five-bedroom, six-bathroom party house is on the market for US$1.85 million.  The 6,206-square-foot place is fully stacked with a pool (with it’s own waterfall), spa, plenty of outdoor seating, basketball court and guest house.  Of course, a bachelor pad can’t be stamped a bachelor pad without a pool table and good ole stripper pole!
