Originally buying the 7,520-square-foot mansion for $3.2 million and adding $500,000 worth of renovations to the house, it was then put back on the market for $3.7million a year later. Unfortunately, this mansion was not a star player in this neighbourhood, as the most expensive property going in Walnut Creek, the five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion was a definite ‘air-ball.’ The house has its own attached but self-contained house which comes with its own bathroom, kitchen and garage. Of course, the mansion’s main kitchen is fully decked out for Curry’s chef wife with two sub-zero refrigerators, two Miele dishwashers and a Wolf warming drawer. Even with all these additional features, this beautiful home finally sold this July for $3,195,000 – even less than what Curry originally bought it for!
