This week in Celebrity Homes: Elvis Presley’s former kingly estate hits the market, Tobey Maguire adds to his empire, and your favourite childhood television series home is up for sale.

Elvis Presley’s Beverly Hills mansion

(3 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) – US$30 million

FOR SALE: Now here’s a house fit for a King – of rock and roll, that is. If you’re a die-hard fan of the one and only Elvis, now’s your chance to purchase a piece of his legacy, as his former Beverly Hills estate is on the market for US$30 million. Sitting on 1.18 acres, the property was initially purchased for US$400,000 in 1967 – so if our math is correct, that’s one huge profit! The mansion boasts an indoor and outdoor living and entertainment space, patio with a fireplace, and a pool and spa.

Tobey Maguire’s Brentwood mansion

(6 bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms, 7,500 sq. ft) – US$13 million

JUST BOUGHT: Out with the old, and in with the new! Hot on the heels of his newly listed home in Santa Monica, actor Tobey Maguire has just dropped a colossal US$13 million on a mansion in the quiet suburbia of Brentwood Park. The home features a chef’s kitchen, black marble fireplace, gym, wine cellar, theatre, and maid’s quarters. In the backyard, there is a spacious back patio that leads out into an infinity pool. Just one of the perks of being a part of the US$2.5 billion Spider-Man franchise.

The Boy Meets World L.A. house

(2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,500 sq. ft) – US$1.595 million

FOR SALE: Remember the television cult classic Boy Meets World? Well for all of you Cory and Topanga fans, the home that served the Matthews family for several years has hit the market for a cool US$1.595 million. Built in 1940, and located in Studio City, the property is tucked behind private gates, and features a large formal living room, a master bedroom with fireplace, private sun deck, and an enclosed sun porch. Now’s your chance to snap up the ultimate piece of tv memorabilia!

Grace Helbig’s Los Angeles bungalow

(2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1,106 sq. ft) – US$1 million

FOR SALE: YouTube star and author Grace Helbig is moving out of her L.A. abode, and listing it for US$1 million – almost US$100,000 more than what she initially purchased it for in 2014. Built in 1937, the traditional-style home has hardwood floors throughout, a decorative fireplace, open kitchen, remodeled bathroom (2013), and a two-car garage.

Hailey Baldwin’s Airbnb b-day rental

(4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms) – US$3,000/night

RENTED: Hailey Baldwin, daughter of mega-famous actor and Donald Trump impersonator Alec Baldwin, has just plopped a good amount of money into celebrating her birthday. Dropping close to US$3,000 a night on an Airbnb rental in Toronto, Hailey will be celebrating her 20th in style. It has all of the amenities we’re sure her celebrity friends will enjoy like a pool, sauna, theatre, and a gigantic private garage. If you need any additional reason to understand how luxurious this pad is, supermodel and actress Gigi Hadid has stayed here before.
