I think in 5 years the entertainment district will have transformed from a trashy nightclub neighbourhood to a sought after residential address. A new kid on the block is the P.S. Condo project CentreCourt Developments that will majestically sit 40 stories high at the corner of Peter Street and Adelaide.

A team of industry experts has been assembled that includes architect Peter Clewes of ArchitectsAlliance and award-winning designer Elaine Cecconi of Cecconi Simone. The team created the concept of ‘precision pricing’, whereby the various components like layouts, floor plans and finishes are fine-tuned during the planning process to ensure that the development offers value to the purchaser. Suites at Peter Street Condominiums start in the low $200,000’s and all units will be prices under $500,000. The 40-storey glass tower will house 429 suites in a variety of configurations from studios to one bedrooms plus study to three bedroom suites ranging in size from 303 square feet to 772 square feet.

Contemporary in design, these units will feature sleek kitchens with stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a cabinet-paneled refrigerator. The bathrooms will have a composite quartz vanity top and Corian designer sink and porcelain wall tiles with glass tile accents.

The amenities are being designed to be really used and not just be extra fluff. Totum LifeSciences Fitness will provide on-site yoga and spinning classes at the Totum P.S. Club for the exclusive use of residents, who will also be able to book personal trainers, therapeutic classes and additional fitness classes in the comfort of their own building.

This is a great opportunity for first-time buyers looking to get in to the market as the pre-construction prices are affordable. Perfect for people who work in the downtown core also as you can walk everywhere either above ground or on the PATH and the TTC is easily accessible. This address will be downtown living at its best.

Before Heather Rovet started matching people with the right home, she spent many years putting people in the right clothes as a wardrobe stylist for the television and film industry. Both are very much the same to Heather – it’s about listening to functional needs and understanding a person’s vision – and she brings those two key elements together to find the right solution. With a love for the unity of beauty and order within a space, Heather feels that our homes are the place in which this can be reflected and defined.

Coupled with a passionate and keen eye for style and design, Heather sees the potential in the reality and helps clients to really envision their dream space. Whether it is a starter property, an upgrade, an income property or one’s own private sanctuary, Heather works with her clients every step of the way to put them in the home that is right for them.
