August was a cooler month for real estate, with many buyers taking a small step back in the face of rising interest rates and the expected summer slowdown. That being said, just because the market may cool, it doesn’t mean buyers aren’t still looking at new homes. This month our readers had their eyes on some of the most unique homes available across Canada, as well as stunning mansions and lakeside homes. Take a look at Zoocasa’s most viewed homes of August 2023.
