According to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA), the benchmark price for a home in Ontario reached $922,700 in May 2023. A number of homes traded hands in June, from extravagant luxury properties to cozy condos, providing something for every buyer to find. With the summer market in full force, we found some of the most expensive and the most affordable homes sold in June 2023.

5 of the Most Expensive
