September had the lowest number of new listings in 20 years in the GTA. However, there is a mix of home types coming to market, from luxury homes to beautiful condos, some selling for less than the listing price. The cooler fall market can be a great opportunity for buyers to exercise their negotiating power and snag their dream home. Here are some of the most expensive and affordable homes that sold in September in Toronto and the GTA.
