The Toronto real estate market experienced a month-over-month improvement in sales, meaning it’s picking up momentum this year. Homes of all types are trading hands, from luxury condos and expensive mansions to studio apartments and bungalows. Take a look at some of the most expensive and affordable properties sold across the GTA in February.
