JUST BOUGHT: Saturday Night Live alum and late night talk show host Seth Meyers just purchased a duplex in one of the fanciest blocks in Manhattan. The home comes fully equipped with two wood-burning fireplaces, eat-in kitchen, and has loads of natural light (a total of 26 windows!), but the most stunning thing about the property are the views of the West Village. I don’t think Seth or his family will have a problem calling this home for the next little while.
Sia’s Los Feliz home

JUST SOLD: Five-time Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Sia may croon about cheap thrills, but is selling her Mediterranean-inspired home for a pretty penny after living in it for only a year.
