How much are homes selling for in Vancouver? An infographic of the summary of transactions.

Some exciting news for our friends in Vancouver! The Zoocasa team has been working hard at showing what we’re all about on the west coast and we’re bringing our very popular homes sold in Vancouver infographic to you! We’ve crunched the numbers and now you can know information about the number of sales, average price and new listings in areas like West Vancouver, Richmond and Burnaby to name a new.

For our inaugural edition of monthly homes solds in Vancouver, we’ve broken down the sales by major home type: apartments, attached and detached homes. The first month of 2014 proved to be very interesting for real estate in the metro Vancouver area: there were 1,760 sales, 5,345 new listings and an average price of $607K.
