Canadian Average Home Prices: January 2014

Did you ever want to know how your home stacks up against Canadian average home prices? Or are you looking to relocate to another city and want a ballpark price?

From British Columbia to Newfoundland & Labrador the Zoocasa team has compiled the average home prices from CREA for all of the provinces and two of the territories, as well as highlighted key cities. The national average home price in Canada for January is $389K which is up from $345K of the same time last year. The three provinces that have the lowest average home prices are Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The three provinces that had the highest average home prices are British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.
