Original owners of this townhouse were a couple with a young son. The son enjoyed riding bikes and scooters, or throwing a ball around, in the large cul-de-sac. The parents, because of work, travel and other commitments, enjoyed not having evening or weekend yard or house chores to do. That's a benefit of townhouse living. The second owner, an investor, rented the townhouse to a truck driver. He too appreciated the low, or no, maintenance required. Can you spread out in a townhouse? Sure, in this one. Downstairs there is a living room in front, a den in the back, and an enclosed patio out the backdoor. Upstairs there are 3BRs and a loft that has been used as a place to do homework, a TV/gameroom, and an office. This is a very liveable townhouse.
