In Coweta County there is an undisturbed old-growth 41-acre forest, forgotten by the hands of time. A newly mowed trail by our sign on Couch Road (paved) leads the visitor to ancient hardwoods overlooking its private lake. Pictures, maps, videos and drone footage help share property features; however, anyone interested should bring their spouse, kids, and certainly the dog and walk or ride (side x sides welcomed) the trail to truly see the value and understand possibilities. Watch for turkey, deer and waterfowl... The signs are all over. But notice, also, the building site options. There are so many to choose from. Gently rolling topography offers vistas to the lake on both sides. Convenient to Newnan, Senoia, Sharpsburg and Peachtree City; Atlanta's International Airport is less than 40 miles away. The surrounding area is quiet and welcoming. Pastures and forestland and nearby neighborhoods are nicely managed and providing comfortable country living possibilities.
