This ranch has everything that a hunter or anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful Texas paradise could want! There are three miles of new ATV trails (interior/perimeter).There is a 696 sq ft 12 x 36 metal building including lofts. The homey cabin has appliances, AC/heat, shower, TV, freezer. The property has electricity & water from 2800 gallon water storage tank. Cabinets, furniture, & rustic woodworking in this cabin are unique & beautiful. Large Live Oaks are abundant. Topography is mostly level with two draws running through land to channel game. A nice owner’s park with stocked pond & picnic table is a great place to relax. An electric gate serves as a protective entrance. There are 4 feeders & stands for hunting. 3 feeder pens are installed to keep hogs from eating valuable feed. A self filling water trough is at one of the stands and never requires hauling water. Whitetail, axis deer, aoudad, sika, elk, turkey, quail, hogs, & fallow deer have all been photographed at each feeder.
