Here's a beautiful timbered property that's mostly high ground, with the lower ground consisting of a lovely creek, beaver pond area, and a few ash areas. Otherwise, the majority of the property is aspen. A nice driveway and gravel pad area are installed to access the tar road easily. The sellers also had power brought into the property with a power pedestal near the western edge of the cleared gravel opening. These two items are a huge bonus to have in already! The property has a trail growing in some in the eastern part of the property that could be opened up and continued if someone wants to create more trails going around the property.
