This cottage is part of the Lost Lake Lodge Resort in Lake Shore. The resort is bounded on the west side by the Gull Lake Narrows waterway & on the east side by Lost Lake. The resort's private docking system is on the Gull Lake Narrows side of the resort which provides access to the Gull Lake Chain of Lakes. Lost Lake is an environmental lake used exclusively by resort guests with a nice sandy beach adjacent to common area green space with playground equipment, basketball court, etc. This cottage is the most southerly cottage & is located within 20 ft of the waterfront. Because of its desirable location, #12 has the highest occupancy rate of any of the cottages. Owners of cottages are required to limit their personal use to 60 days between 5/1 & 10/31 each year. Owners may use the cottage at any other time during the year, with the resort being open year around. Owner will receive 50% of the lodging revenues of cottage 12.
