The kitchen has white cabinetry, an extra double door cabinet that is not in any other units, and the refrigerator remains! It's amazing how spacious the living room/ dining room is. You can fit your large table and chairs as well as a large breakfast to show off your beautiful china! Plantation shutters are on each window! The primary bedroom is very spacious, will fit a king size bed and 2 night stands. It also has a palladium window! The primary bath has double sinks, shower and huge closet! In 2020 new roofs were installed on all homes in the complex at no extra charge to the residents! New paint, new quarts countertops, new kitchen sink, new garbage disposal, new LVP flooring. HVAC replaced in 2021. The clubhouse is a busy place, and you can be as active as you want to be, including brunch on the first Saturday of most months and many parties!
