This is the recreational land that you have been dreaming about; your dream can now be a reality! This is the best recreational parcel that I have ever stumbled across. It is only a short hour and a half drive from the metro and only minutes to Lake Mille Lacs. It’s tucked back a half mile on deeded access, surrounded by large private parcels and state land. I do not believe there is public access to the state land, an added bonus. The land hosts quality deer, lots of bears, turkeys, and grouse. The seller had 8 bears on his bait station at one time this past season. This is also a no-quota zone; you will get a tag every year if you wish. The trails are established, the food plots are ready, and there are two permanent enclosed blinds, both less than 2 years old. One of the blinds is a Redneck tower blind, and the other is a custom Amish tower blind. Multiple corduroy bridges have been installed to assist in beaver dam crossings.
