Brook Hill offers quarter ownership with twelve weeks, or one week every month, including two two-week stays in the summer months. Use schedule slightly rotates every year, allowing all shares to have same schedule eventually. Weeks run Friday to Friday. Centrally located within the resort with views of the lake, dunes and sunsets, this one bedroom one bath upper end unit has direct access from the parking lot with only a few outdoor steps to enter. Features include updated kitchen and bath, high ceilings, wireless internet, Bose stereo, private master suite and deck with scenic views of Lake Michigan, the Sleeping Bear dunes and the Brook Hill pond and golf greens, plus sleeper sofa. Washer/dryer, woodburning fireplace, sleeper sofa and owner storage are also included. . RCI membership is optional so you can trade weeks here for weeks around the world. You also have the opportunity to get income for the weeks you cannot use through our rental management program.
