Any additional salt that is required/used will be charged back to the tenant. • Pest control is included for the exterior of the property. The interior of the property can be serviced when needed. • A/C mini split units require monthly service – this means our A/C technician will need access to the inside of the property for 15-20 minutes, one day per month (usually the first week of the month) to access and clean all filters on all units in every room.
