Apartment C is a very nice one bedroom apartment that is move in ready. Only one tenant can live in this unit because of the size of the septic system. This apartment has a living room with eating area, kitchen and full bath. The bathroom was recently updated and includes a newer vanity with a newer sink & newer faucets. The bathtub has newer faucets and a newer shower head. The kitchen is very nice and has a new microwave above the stove, a newer refrigerator, new sink and new faucets. The living room and bedroom have carpets that were put in last Summer. The living room is spacious, 11' x 19' and the bedroom is very comfortable at 10' x 13'. You can set up a small eating area in the living room and look across the street where you will see a large pond with an abundance of wildlife. Apartment B & C share a washer, dryer and folding counter in the entrance hallway. Apartment C has an oil fired hot water boiler that supplies heat and hot water to the unit. Included with this rental are heat, water, hot water, garbage service and driveway snow removal. You can bring your own window air conditioner(s). To enjoy the nicer weather there is a new 10' x 10' deck that is shared with the tenant in apartment B. You need to walk up about 8 steps before entering the apartment.
