Pets will be safe and happy here, and so will you. Back inside, all the bedrooms are thoughtfully placed on the main level with the primary suite privately tucked away from the guest rooms. The primary bath gives double sinks, a soaking tub for unwinding, and a walk in shower. The closet feels generous and well planned. The guest rooms are also nicely sized and ready for holiday visitors with plenty of closet storage. Upstairs is the only second level space. It is a large rec room that feels like a blank canvas. I could see it as a quiet office, a cheerful playroom, or a tucked away gym. It is one of those rooms that becomes exactly what you need. The home itself is spotless. Truly one of the cleanest I have ever walked into. The colors throughout are cool and comfortable, and every detail seems chosen with intention. Audubon Acres has a charm all its own. It rests beside Smithfields Country Club and Golf Course and has wide streets perfect for strolling after supper. There are walking trails and even a little bridge that leads you straight onto the golf course. Neighbors wave here. People stop to chat. It feels like a place where community comes naturally. Downtown Easley is just a quick trip away with new restaurants and shops filling the area. You can have dinner at the Silos or Inky’s, swing by A Touch of Class for a last minute Christmas gift, or stop at the YMCA for a workout. Greenville, Anderson, Clemson, the mountains, and nearby lakes are all easy drives. When I finished my visit at 215 Chickadee, I stood for a moment before leaving. The home felt warm, peaceful, and ready for someone to put up a Christmas tree and make it their own. It is the kind of place where you settle in without even realizing you have done it. Come see it.
