Since I bought the house in 2017 I have finished basement the basement with a bedroom, bathroom and TV room. I added a front and rear deck. Added to the fence to include the side yards for kids/pets. The hospital, police, and fire department are all close by. The home comes with a Choice Home warranty or we can cancel this one and take a home warranty with the company of your choosing.
