If the three bears lived in Bella Vista, this would be the place they lived. It's straight out of a storybook quaint. Sweet little cottage on a flat lot with a fenced back yard, but not too tall to keep out the bears. The bears have their choice of the two bedrooms and bathrooms, I would pick the plaid room, but I don't know about bear design choices. A nice little dining room where they could hang out and eat porridge while watching the Chicago Bears on TV, they like to support relatives. A mid size living room adjacent to the dining room which has entry to the kitchen, makes getting snacks during TV time easy. When the bears are not hybernating or eating, they like to hang out in the workshop, which has electricity, and plenty of room for projects, building and storage. An extra fridge stays in the workshop to hold all their blueberries. The bears like the central location and that's it close to trails and lakes. This place on Sandown offers alot, hurry and see it, I couldn't bear it if you missed it.
