The land doesn’t appear to have any pipeline or transmission line easements, however the neighbor on the northwest side has an access easement along the west fence going to their property, which runs approximately halfway down the property line. The access easement uses the same gate as the well operator. This is a nice ranch, very peaceful and quiet. With some clean up, it would make a nice place to build a new home.
