The housing market continued to have strong progress in sales during the first 14 days of July with deals up 11.6 per cent over the same time last year. What buyers have been waiting to hear is the tight market has gently loosened up with a slow increase in the supply of homes for sale \u2013 up 9.7 per cent from last year. The growth in new listings still fell short of that of sales, but the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) suggests house hunters could see more choice in homes in the second half of 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Check out the breakdown by home type below.<\/p>\n<p>Don\u2019t forget you can also subscribe to a daily email with information on recently sold homes in the GTA!
