Invite a past client or fellow agent you\u2019ve only messaged online. Even in her own real estate business, Anders knows the importance of calling contacts directly: \u201cDo you have anything coming soon? My client\u2019s interested.\u201d Those conversations led to off\u2011market deals that never hit MLS, access earned through trust, not technology.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attend industry events: Instead of weeks of cold DMs, step into a room filled with the very people you\u2019re trying to reach. \u201cThese events are so concentrated,\u201d Anders says. \u201cThere\u2019s no other way you\u2019d be in a room with them.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build your referral network. When clients move outside your market, you don&#8217;t have to lose them. Instead, connect them with trusted agents in your network who serve that area. Chances are, they will return the favour.
