BOUGHT: Friends<\/em> star Matthew Perry recently bought a US$20-million condominium in Century City, CA.\u00a0 This time there was no test for the apartment, instead MISS Chanadler Bong managed to knock off nearly a third of the original price for this gorgeous four-bed, five-full-and three-and-a half bathroom crib.\u00a0 With no ducks or roosters in sight, the 9,318-square-foot has a living room with two fireplaces, an expansive kitchen and a dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows.\u00a0 The best part?\u00a0 This penthouse takes up the whole building floor so there won\u2019t be any \u2018OH MY GOD!\u2019 surprises from Chandler\u2019s ex girlfriend, Janice Litman.<\/p>\n
