The national average home price in Canada for January is $389K which is up from $345K of the same time last year. The three provinces that have the lowest average home prices are Prince Edward Island, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. The three provinces that had the highest average home prices are British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta.
