Hi Dreamers, Oakville is a lovely Town and they are expanding the living space by allowing new houses to be built. The currently available homes with 4BR and 3WR start at $369K to $395K and up for Freehold homes. Condos with these requirements are less available (there were only 2) and one was listed at $425K while the other was listed at over 1 Million$. While the chance of finding the home you seek in the price range you want is slim right now, more homes may appear on the market or there may be a distress or bank sale that you can capitalize on. Going to Mississauga or Brampton may be your best bet, or revising your number of bedrooms to 3.
