How do I list a home on here?

Real estate agents can manually upload their listings if they dont already exist on Zoocasa. This can be done under the My Uplaoded Listings tab under profile.

However, in some cases, a user's listing may already be on Zoocasa through open directories that we have access to. If that is the case, a user can take control of this listing by claiming the listing.

Claiming a listing is quite simple, do a search for the property in question. Then, once you've found the listing you are looking for, click the Claim button which is just underneath the price and property description.

Please note that you have to be a real estate agent to post your listings. Agent account registrations can be found here. Otherwise, you can ask your agent to post listings onto Zoocasa for you.

If you are not an agent, and your home is listed with an agent, just ask the agent to register with zoocasa and post your listing. It is never a bad thing to have more exposure.
