Murpheek, the commission is something you should discuss with your realtor. She/he will explain in detail what is involved in the sale of your home with respect to marketing, and any other tools implemented and cost associated in getting your home sold...There is much more involved than most people think.

You don't need to send a photo. When your agent lists your property for sale, she/he will take a photograph of the exteior, and multiple shots of the interior of your home and post it with the listing. I would urge you to post interior photos, as most people shopping for homes on the internet want to see the inside of the home.
