How I can find the prise of my house?

You could have an agent prepare a comprehensive comparitive report for you when your ready to sell ( for free ) or have the home appraised by a licensed Home Appraiser to get a an accurate market value for a fee

I believe everyone should know the value of their home regardless of whether or not selling is in their immediate plan.

Most real estate agents offer free market evaluations. Call one who is familiar with your area. If you find a good agent they will also tell you how to maximize the value of your home so when you are ready to sell you can offer at the highest end of the market.

You can also find out a lot about the value of your home by searching websites such as Zoocasa, Mls and realtor websites in your area. But since you will be looking at the value of your home subjectively (optimisticly), it is best to have a Realtor or Appriaser give you the objective (realistic) value.

I would agree with the other agents here. You can call a local agent to come to your home and give you a Free Market Evaluation, which will give you an idea of the price range you could sell your home for. However, doing some research yourself and looking on MLS.ca and through the local paper and well as noticing what has been for sale in your own neighbourhood, and how quickly the homes sell, will also give you an idea.

The best way to determine the price of your home is to request a Comparative Market Analysis(CMA) from your Realtor. Your Realtor will compare your home to like homes in your neighbourhood. The CMA looks at what similar homes have sold for as well as what similar homes are currently listed at. In addition we will look at homes where the listings have expired. Often if a listing has expired it is because the home was listed at more than market value.
We take all the above data and work out a fair market value for your home.
