It depends on what you are looking for. The Queens Quay has some nice options, as well as the Etobicoke waterfront. Also there are Condos in the Beach. It really depends on how much you want to spend and where you would like to be.

The best way to find a Condo on water is first decide where I would like to be (one of the areas in Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington or are we thinking some of the Condo projects in Collingwood or outside Muskoka) which are all great options and all provide different bennefits to purchasers. The best thing to do is decide what you are looking for
and then contact a REALTOR who can take your wish list and really pin point what units will suit your needs and wants. I am more then happy to show you what is available that would suit your needs if you would like to get in touch with me. (416)-891-2931 or apatterson@sutton.com

The best is to contact your Realtor (it could be one of us) and start your search, giving your criteria.

Lots of good answers to looking for a condo but in my years of experience, know what You are looking for and express that to the Realtor, Everyone is looking for something as individual as they are, we only know what is on your mind when we as Realtors listen to you and you as a client take the time to openly discuss it. You might be surprised at finding out what You are thinking. Good Realtors refer to other Realtors in specific geographical areas, I'm in the South Georgian bay area, we can be contacted for that area or help find someone in an area you are looking for.

Do a driveby in your desired area and then you to Zoocasa and find out what agent works that area.
Or contact any agent in the downtown area who is familiar with condo's and has experience in that particular field. Of course I have both; work the condo market and have the experience.
