I notice that there are some listings on zoocasa that are not on MLS. In another site I found MLS numbers with "PT" rather than the location like "N" for Vaughan, etc. What are these "PT" listings, are they safe?

What do you mean by safe? As far as I know, all listings are posted by Realtors, and when posted are valid, under a contract, they wouldn't be posted otherwise; also all of the information can be verified: just contact one of your Realtors!
