No you can not post private sales/for sale by owner on Zoocasa. When I spoke to a zoocasa sales rep he told me that was not part of what the site was designed for. There are a lot of places you can advertise private sales, unfortunatly Dsober this is not one of them. My understanding is that Zoocasa does not offer for sale by owner listings. When you list with a Brokerage you may want to ask your agent to ensure you have exposure on Zoocasa or you may want to search Zoocasa for an agent.
