Get yourself a Broker. Yes a Realtor that you can trust, and ask the Broker to also upload your listing in the zoocasa web site.
If you are a Broker, register yourself as a new member. And then click on "My Account Tab", then click on "Uploaded listing Tab" and fill in the blanks.

(over 1 year ago)Hi LauriLee.... in order to post your listing on Zoocasa, you must be a licenced real estate agent.
If your home is currently listed with a Realtor, ask him/her to submit the listing to Zoocasa. The only person that can submit it is your real estate agent.

Property Listings thru a registrant in Ontario (similar elsewhere) require the registered owner(s) to sign a representation agreement that has a start and finish date, a list price, a commission and the address.
