I own a duplex in NDG. I want to sell the top and turn it condo. How do I do this?

    You have to contact the city hall of your area and ask them if you are allowed to convert the upper of your plex into a condo. And how much you have to pay for it. And get in touch with me for any of your real estate needs.

    You need to contact the city to find out if that is possible. Contact the city yourself or find a local agent who does lots of commercial real estate in your area to help.

    I agree with the above answers....however, in order to turn property into a Condo, you will need to form a Condominium Corporation and many other legal details will need to be put into play. Usually Condos are larger structures with a "mutual shared property" connecting them. There may be a lot more to it than you think.
