Is it safe to live right by a radio antenna tower?

It depends on your own comfort level. Some people don't like microwaving their food because of the radiation but others don't care. Same thing with radio antenna towers.

My concern would be in how close to the tower you are located, and what is the output of that tower...and will the output be boosted. If it is boosted or increased, how will you be notified and will that affect your health not to mention your resale value. There are two theroys on this. I will give you both and I suggest you do your own research just consider this a bit of a guide for your research. Most experts say that living close to a Radio transmission tower or hydro lines is safer then standing close to the microwave every morning when you make your breakfast (hydro wires they actually say your toaster will give off as many EMPs). However some experts say that there is no difinitive data about living close to radio towers or hydro wires and reccomend caution as there is not enough reasearch into the prolonged exposure. As far as the health risks I am not qualified to give you an answer, however I will give you an answer as a REALTOR about future value. FACT: A lot of people are uncomfortable living near hydro wires and transmission towers. Because of this fact it will take longer to sell the property and it will likely sell for less money. All depends what's the exposure in your area. Do you have any health problem that could make you think that's the reason? If it's the case, you should consult a doctor and not a real estate broker for that kind of problem.
