In addition to above answer, make sure that the price of tree which they plant in front of your house, grass in your lawn and fence is included in purchase price as usually they are extra.

More extra costs would be for upgrading your flooring, tiles, any other upgrades (bathroom fixtures, or electrical fixtures, etc)

In addition to above items, you may also make sure if there is landscape deposit.

All great considerations above. My question is addtional cost to what - the builder's list price? ...final purchase price? etc. Your agreeement (somewhere in the clauses) will advise what is included or not - if not there usually extra. Work with your Buyer agent/Realtor to negotiate and lawyer review of agreement. You will have all the typical considerations/costs as a re-sale home in buying but additional considerations could be: tarion warranty fee, survey, fencing, draperies, appliances, finish basement, cable/phone actual hook-ups, hook-up to other -built-in- appliances, Net HST included or extra, all the "little" extras you may have asked for during construction or material selections that are added at close, and if condominium could be occupancy costs and additional start-up condo fees. Also different provinces may have different laws and rules so check with your local professionals. (i.e. landscape deposit ?? not used locally)

In nut shell you have to look at your builders offer and see whats missing. In general driveway, window coverings, Central air, central vacum, required appliances any personal upgrades, lawyers fee, home inspections fee, moving fee, fees to change your utility connections specailly tv and phone.
