Zoocasa Canadian Real Estate Search

I just got an answer to a question on system use saying in effect 'ask my local real estate board'.All I was trying to do was get my agent some info to help him set up my listing. I don't think my local board knows anything about this system. How can my agant get in touch with someone at Zoocasa to help him with a problem he's having with the postal code validation in trying to set up my listing. This is a system issue where does my agent or I go for help?
