My understanding is that you must list your home with a professional realtor first then have your home listed on zoocasa with that agent.

Only realtors are allowed to post on ZooCasa. That being said, if you ever do list with a realtor, mention ZooCasa to them and Im sure they would gladly post it for you. If you need a realtor in the future, I would be happy to help.
