The drop down appraisal menu doesn't list 1-1/2 storey houses as an option?

It doesn't have it for me either. Try searching twice (once as a bungalow & once as a 2 story) and using the two estimates, get an average price that may be more in tune for your particular house.
That being said, each house can vary significantly because of upgrades and finishes and condition and many other factors. If you are actually considering listing your home for sale, I would be happy to help.

You can have a qualified Realtor set up something for you that I call a Stratabase. It is up to the minute listings for the area you are looking and it has a 1 1/2 story option. It is exclusive to Realtors and more up to date than REALTOR or MLS.CA....in most cases an agent will set one up for you free of charge.
