Where to find out new house? As new houses are not available on MLS, how agents know the new houses are available for sale? How can buyers find out new houses information in detail?

Since the province is broken up into many separate real estate boards, they each maintain their own computer systems into which the new listings are entered by the individual agents. The agents within each board are able to see the new listngs within their board in real time. Since the MLS website is a national system that is operated by the Canadian Real Estate Association, all of the new listings are uploaded overnight to this system from the individual real estate boards. At most, the MLS system would be behind by 24 hours depending on when the listing was entered.

If you are looking for Newly-built homes, you might try looking in the Local newspapers. Most of these supply a weekly pullout of new builds in their areas.

Simply ask an agent within the area to provide you a list of pre-construction projects. He/she may even be able to assist in selecting the best project, lot and upgrades.

I have to agree with Zel, simply call a Brokerage of your choice and ask if they have a list of present/future development projects. You might also try to "Google" new development sites in a...(location). I receive email notifications regularly from developers advertising their projects...most of them co-operate with Realtors. Should you want more information just contact me.

The best is always to get a professional help from a Realtor. Contact one in your area and you will receive a detailed answer.

If you are looking for brand new constuction you will have to do some research. There is no one source that I know of for this information. The Toronto Star has some projects listed at http://www.newinhomes.com/ontario/toronto-real-estate/index.html
If you are looking in a specific location you can sometimes get information from the Municipal Offices.
