To sell or rent out your property, you should consult with a real estate agent to determine the value of your property.

Your real estate agent will be able to show you the comparables, which is what comparable houses in your area sold or rented for.

Depending on your market, MPAC values or appraisal values may be much lower than market value. You can also check rental sites or real estate sites such as zoocasa (this site!) to get an idea of what houses are going for.
