Assuming you're a realtor just mouse over the "profile" menu and go to upload listing. Then follow the instructions

Go to upload listings and continue, following the instructions: it's easy.

If you are a licenced realtor, you can just go to profiles and look for the upload listings dropdown tab, then follow directions.
